MarineNet Co., Ltd., with a primary focus on providing our users with the same equivalent service on the "MarineNet" site even after Kaiji Press will stop providing their Kaiji Press News for our site, we agreed with Japan Maritime Daily Co., Ltd. that they provide their maritime news to our site from 1st October, 2019.

At present, MarineNet's business domain is three as follows.
  -"Network business" that contributes to establish the industrial network
  not only through our website “Marinenet” but also off-line.
  -"Ship finance support business" that supports the Japanese financial
  institutions who do ship finance providing our several services for
  example ship evaluation service, market report, several industrial data.
  -“Ship management support business" that supports ship
  owners/managers providing our IT support service and/or several IT
  applications.

With Network business including our Website management as a core business, we will establish a new generation of distribute maritime news and data together with our new partner, Japan Maritime Daily.

In addition, the following four companies were newly joined as our shareholders.
  Japan Maritime Daily Co., Ltd.
  Class NK
  World Marine Co., Ltd.
  Iino Kaiun Kaisha Ltd.

With these four companies representing media, a class association, a ship management company, and a shipping company, we, Marinenet has renewed its determination that it must further contribute to the development of the maritime industry.

We will "contribute to maritime industry development with Data & Digital".
